A cassette unit is fitted into the ceiling and suits commercial spaces, open-plan living areas and larger bedrooms. It needs a correctly sized ceiling opening, hanger rods fixed to the structural ceiling and a drain tied into the building's drainage, so we plan it before any false ceiling is closed. A multi-split system runs several indoor units from one outdoor compressor, which suits apartments and condos where outdoor space is limited. The outdoor unit has to be sized for the combined load of the indoor units, and the pipe runs balanced between them. We install 2-to-1 up to 5-to-1 systems. Replacing an old aircond unit
A replacement is one job from start to finish: we disconnect and safely remove the old system, upgrade the electrical circuit if it needs it, and install the new unit.
