A full bathroom renovation typically takes 7 to 14 working days depending on scope, tile selection, and fixture availability. A kitchen renovation typically takes 10 to 21 working days. We provide a project timeline alongside the quotation so you know when to expect completion before work starts.

Our tradespeople hold the relevant certifications for electrical and plumbing works. Renovation projects are covered under contractor insurance. We will provide documentation upon request during the quotation process.

Do I need to move out during a full home renovation?

For a full gut-and-rebuild renovation, yes, the property will be uninhabitable during the main construction phase (typically 4 to 8 weeks). For selective renovations such as kitchen or bathrooms only, it is often possible to remain in the property with careful scheduling. We advise on the practical feasibility based on your scope during the site visit.

How do I budget for a full apartment renovation in KL?

A useful starting point is RM 60 to 100 per sqft for a mid-range full renovation in KL and Selangor. A 1,000 sqft apartment at this rate implies a budget of RM 60,000 to 100,000. Premium finishes will push this higher. We recommend setting an initial budget range and discussing what is achievable within it during the site visit, rather than specifying everything and then being surprised by the total.

What happens if the renovation costs more than the original quotation?

Our quotations are fixed-price for the agreed scope. If you request changes to the scope during the project, these are quoted separately and in writing before any additional work begins. Costs do not increase unless the scope increases, and scope changes require your written approval before execution.

Can you renovate a condo on an upper floor in KL?

Yes. We manage the full building management compliance process for high-rise renovation: renovation permits, lift protection, waste disposal coordination, working hour compliance, and noise restriction scheduling. Most KL and Selangor condominium buildings have specific renovation rules, we are familiar with the standard requirements and manage them as part of our standard process.
