Leaking pipes and hidden leaks
A leak inside a wall is harder to trace than most homeowners expect. We find the source before breaking anything open, using an infrared (thermal) scanner and acoustic detection, which saves you paying for wall hacking you did not need. Old pipes and pipe replacement
We replace old supply pipes in full or in part with UPVC or PPR, with as little wall breakage as the route allows and the surface reinstated afterwards. We install and replace toilets with the correct seal and connection to the soil pipe, the flush height adjusted, and a final check before the toilet is fixed in place. Fitting a toilet you have bought yourself is RM 150 to RM 300. A cistern repair is a basic repair, RM 80 to RM 250, subject to parts cost.
Taps, showers, sinks and fittings
In the bathroom: shower heads, rain showers, bath mixers, basin taps, bidet showers and accessories. In the kitchen: tap replacement, sink installation, water filter plumbing and dishwasher supply points. We supply and install, or install only if you have already bought your own fittings.

When should I call a plumber?

My apartment has low water pressure. Can you fix it?
Yes, when the cause is inside your unit. Low pressure in an apartment can come from corroded pipes inside the unit, a faulty pressure regulator or the building's own supply, so we find the cause before recommending a fix. If it is the pipework inside your unit, which is common in older KL condos, we replace the pipes. If it is the building supply, we tell you how to raise it with building management.
