Servicing & Preventive Maintenance Contracts

Commercial refrigeration equipment that is not maintained on a scheduled basis will fail at the worst possible time. We offer preventive maintenance contracts for commercial refrigeration operators in KL, Selangor, and Johor Bahru, structured around the criticality and usage pattern of the equipment.

Standard preventive maintenance visits include:

Condenser coil cleaning, the single most important maintenance task for refrigeration efficiency in Malaysia's dusty environment

Evaporator coil inspection and defrost system check

Refrigerant pressure check, identifying slow leaks before they cause system shutdown

Door seal inspection and replacement if perished

Temperature log review, identifying temperature drift before it becomes a food safety event

Electrical connection inspection, loose terminals are a common cause of compressor failure

Condensate drain inspection and clearing

Maintenance contract frequency: quarterly for standard duty equipment, monthly for high-duty or food safety-critical systems (pharmaceutical, raw meat, fresh fish storage). We provide a service report after every visit.

Commercial Refrigeration Fault Repair

We diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration system faults, compressor failure, refrigerant leak detection and recharging, evaporator and condenser fan motor replacement, temperature controller and thermostat replacement, defrost system repair, and condensing unit servicing.

For operators without a maintenance contract, we provide a diagnosis-first approach: technician visits, identifies the fault, issues a written repair quotation, and proceeds only on approval. For contract clients, fault call-out response is prioritised.

Refrigeration System Commissioning & Compliance

For food manufacturers and operators subject to HACCP, GMP, or Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) compliance requirements, we provide temperature system commissioning with calibrated temperature verification and documentation suitable for audit purposes.
