The terrace houses of SS2, SS3, SS4, Damansara Jaya and Taman Jaya were built between the 1960s and the 1980s, many with galvanised steel supply pipes that are now 40 to 60 years old. Galvanised pipe does not fail suddenly. It corrodes from the inside, narrowing year by year and discolouring the water, until pinhole leaks open and spread through the wall cavities before anyone notices.
We replace it with UPVC or PPR pipe, correctly sized, with as little wall hacking as possible and the wall surface reinstated afterwards. Water heater installation in PJ
