Do you provide free quotations?

Yes. All quotations are free and issued in writing before any work begins. We break down costs clearly — labour, materials, and any additional items — so you know exactly what you are paying for. We do not start work until you have approved the quote in writing.

Can RumahPro handle plumbing, electrical, and renovation together?

Yes — this is one of our key advantages. Most small renovation firms subcontract either plumbing or electrical work, which adds coordination time and cost. RumahPro handles MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) works in-house alongside carpentry, tiling, painting, and full renovation scope. One contractor for the full job.

How long does a typical bathroom or kitchen renovation take?

A full bathroom renovation typically takes 7 to 14 working days depending on scope, tile selection, and fixture availability. A kitchen renovation typically takes 10 to 21 working days. We provide a project timeline alongside the quotation so you know when to expect completion before work starts.

Is RumahPro a licensed and insured contractor?

Our tradespeople hold the relevant certifications for electrical and plumbing works. Renovation projects are covered under contractor insurance. We will provide documentation upon request during the quotation process.
